The physical dimensions of CNCWork® foam cutting machines are designed to cut standard XPS, EPS sheet size (1200 x 600 mm) or EPS blocs to 2500 mm width.

We manufacture the standard machine in two versions depending on the design of the hot wire electronics and the wire tensioner automatics.

Cutting parameters of the shorter wire version:

- maximum cutting width: 1500 mm
- maximum cutting length: 1300 mm
- maximum cutting height: 610 mm
- hot wire heating with 50 VDC (PWM)

Cutting parameters of the shorter wire version:

- maximum cutting width: 3000 mm (EPS foams), 2500 mm (XPS foams)
- maximum cutting length: 1300 mm
- maximum cutting height: 610 mm
- hot wire heating with 50-100 VDC (PWM)

We undertake designing and manufacturing bigger machines customized to the user's needs - up to 2000 mm cutting height / 2000 cutting depth / 3000 mm cutting width (hot vire length).
These bigger machines are working with timing belt drives and dedicated motors on the upper liner guide.

The mechanisms of the towers and the linear guides are precise, flexible and free from any vibrancy.
The user of the machine may mount the two parts of the machine up to 2000 mm from each other - in this case the 2000 mm hot wire length is ideal for cut e.g. architectural moldings.

Main source: 230 VAC. Drive of stepper motors: 24 VDC chopper.
Heat control: 510 VDC / 50-100 VDC, PWM.
Computer interface: parallel port.
